The task
Mastercard Foundation has partnered with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana to support brilliant but needy students financially for maximum academic development and social impact.
The programme called on us to develop a report/directory of their activities over the years and also profile all their scholars and the impact of their community engagement projects.
Solution
We adopted a creative and contemporary report design format to illustrate the various figures relating to the program. This was done to achieve a document that can be appreciated easily by its users.
Profiling over 300 scholars was an exciting piece of work for the team. The design process was transformational as it enlightened the team about the various projects that the scholars had picked in order to impact their communities by way of giving back. Having students tell stories of where they are coming from and the hope that Mastercard and KNUST has given them was very touching.
